Sufyu reserves the right to refuse any commission request for any reason.

All commissions are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.

Clients are responsible for providing clear visual references and all necessary information for the requested commission.

The client must clearly state how the commissioned work will be used when submitting the commission form.

Prices are based on the listed base price and may increase depending on the complexity, quantity, or requirements of the commission.

Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

Any deadline must be communicated and agreed upon before payment is made. Rush orders may be declined or subject to an additional fee depending on the requested deadline.

By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Sufyu is not liable for any copyright infringement issues. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate licenses for any materials (such as sound effects, artwork, fonts, etc.) provided for service delivery.

Clients are required to credit Sufyu on any websites or social media platforms where the files are used. The credit should be prominently displayed and easily accessible, for instance, in Twitch panels or a linked Google document.

Clients must specify how they intend to use the commissioned work by completing the commission form.

Clients are not permitted to repurpose, redistribute, or modify any commissioned products without an extended license from Sufyu. Sufyu retains all rights to the commissioned work. (unless a buyout is purchased by the client)

If clients purchases any file (link to canva template) they are allowed to change but not to repurpose or redistribute it.

The resale of any files provided by Sufyu is strictly forbidden.

All payments are in USD via PayPal invoice.

The total price will include a nominal administrative fee, which varies based on the payment method selected.

Refunds are not available once payment has been made and the project has entered the production stage.

In the event that Sufyu cancels a commission before work begins, the full amount will be refunded to the client.

If Sufyu must cancel an ongoing commission, a refund will be issued for the unfinished portion of the work.

If you have a deadline, please state it clearly in your request form.

Note that prices may increase according to the speed and quantity of your request.

You will receive a confirmation message that includes the completion schedule and the final price after your commission request is approved.

Sufyu will maintain communication with you and provide updates on the project’s progress.

The project will be canceled if there is no communication from you for 30 days when approval is requested.

Please send your feedback in a concise and collective manner to avoid a lengthy revision process.

You are entitled to 2 free minor revisions per item. Major revisions will incur an additional charge.

Once the commission is completed, we cannot accept any further changes.
